Xbox One Could Offer Backwards Compatibility Through The Cloud

As usual, a money grab. Don't blame either M$ or Sony, but it is a pain. If they can run PS360 games through the cloud, how can they not run an emulator right on the PS4/XB1? Because there is no Money in it for developer's and Sony/M$!
