Based on what has come before that I have played (OoT, MM WW, TP, SS vs II, III, VC, SA, IV) I would pick Zelda.
Based on the previous iteration alone (SS vs. IV) is a tougher choice, I think I would go with GTAV.
Based on my favourite iterations (WW vs VC) it's definately Zelda.
GTAV is looking incredible from the footage, but so did GTAIV.... there is no information on Zelda (even if the E3 presentation turns up in the game it's still barely anything) so I can't realistically choose based on what we know of the two choies alone.
