The TV itself can fit through a door seeing as its actually smaller than that person standing next to it.  However the stand will likely need to be assembled in your house, which is also one of the ugliest stands i've ever seen.  Reminds me of a swing set.

Yeah it looks horrible, still I doubt it would fit in my living room... I have lot's of things there xD.
