It's not common sense to make assumptions without context.  If there is context the writer has knowledge of that's not included in the article, that's one thing, but as it stands, "from launch" is a complete assumption relative to the supplied information.  That is a fact.

I'm sorry, but "looking to be" is open-ended.

I doubt he felt the need to point it out, not everything needs to be when yes, it's common sense.
