But to get the same visual quality you also need a high quality screen, not just a blank white wall. So $4000 isn't the total cost for getting the same quality picture from a projector. How much is a cinema quality 98" screen?

You're right. So add another 1000 bucks for nice 106 inch Draper cinema screen and projector mount.

You could probably get away with a $600 screen for 95% of the quality but to compete with the Samsung we want the best...
