Not likely if you ask me. According to VG, WiiU is currently at ~3.5m
The price cut will be in effect starting on the 20th along with the semi-launch of Zelda HD. Also, Super Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong Country TF will be out this holiday and of course it's going to be $100 and $200 less than the competition.
Sony will ship 4 to 5m PS4s this holiday.
