i remember back in the day, state of emergency (s.o.e) was getting massive press/attention,i think rockstar published it,and this was a little after gta3 came out and rockstar blew up in fame..ppl were so excited rockstar was behind this in some way/shape/form... the game was a colossal pile of moose chit... stuck in 3 tiny areas,horrible missions, a lot of brutal escort missions,miserable a.i ect...ign somehow gave this a 8.3
