this is because KZ is for people aged 18 or higher.
amazon wants 5€ for every order that contains at least one mature title. this is the reason i almost never buy those games, blurays or any other M-rated stuff at amazon.
this basically means the guy who brings the package has to ring at your door and check your identify card.
you have to pay 5€ and it happened to me that i sat on my ass waiting for The Last of us, didn't even go to toilet because i could miss the door bell. at the evening my girlfriend came home and what did she see? The postguy left a note "you were not at home" - you can guess how angry i was, considering i had free from work for this!
