I will give them for launching in all their announced regions on the same day, which might help to an extent, but they missed some crucial markets, and that's still going to hurt them this holiday.

in EU they are releasing before the PS4

In most of the EU it is releasing a long time after PS4. 28-13 = 15 EU markets Xb one not being released in on 22 Nov, or have they expanded on that number now?
