You mean you want Sony and M$ to agree on a 3rd party taking all the $$$ from an accessorie?  What you need is the makers of the Oculus to split the profit of the sales of each unit with Sony/M$.  That would be the only way both companies would agree.  That and a indefinite agreement to sell the tech on their systems.
