While they are certainly having many financial woes, they aren't near bankruptcy quite yet. They have an awful lot of money tied up in various places, which could keep them afloat for a pretty long time.
For the time being the main worry will be them maintaining profitability and hopefully avoiding having to liquidate too many more assets. The long term is a very different story, but for now they are "safe" so to speak.
