Gaikai on PS4: EU launch uncertain due to broadband issues

I'm not sure what it is, and I don't care about this service enough to actually think about it and I admit that I skimmed over the article, but this can't literally mean they aren't launching it in Europe because we have bad internet... There are way more Europeans than Americans with a high-end internet connection.
