Microsoft needs to cut the price of Xbox One by $100 before launch

First shipments will all sell out. They're better off doing a Nintendo 3DS! Get as much money from it as they can now, then cut the price before next holiday season. Then start up the "games with gold" program with Xbox One games a couple of months before. Done.
