I'd agree, except that much of it for MS hasn't been the most positive (albeit, bad press is still press). With Sony, though, there's nothing left to report, excpet Yakuza's release date and the PS4's launch date in Japan (both will be moderate mdeia buzzers). They don't really need it right now, though, they're in a good position, while MS's is dramatically improving.

Don't we all think that Sony's kind of spent all the E3 gas?  I am sure that the fanboys that wanted to pre-order the system that they wanted have with a few stragglers.  It seems that M$ is finding ways to keep their system in the public eye(some good and a lot less bad than before).  Consumers are fickle, and both systems will surely sell out for this year.  It's more about perceptions heading into next year.

Everyone has "spent their E3 gas". We're nearly in September, that was almost 3 months ago. In the current landscape, there's more positive buzz for the Xbox now than in June, while Sony's been riding a tidal wave of positive media hype.

No need for us to turn this into a VS thread, though.

Amen.
