OMG, we already went over this again no where has AMD stated that what Marc stated was not true again:

"AMD's Senior Product Marketing Manager Marc Diana said that the PS4 had shipped with a sense of Huma [Heterogeneous Uniform Memory Access] from AMD."

now again:

Earlier this morning AMD got in touch in with us and clarified Diana's statements. Here's what AMD had to say:

"During a recent gamescom 2013 interview, an AMD spokesperson made inaccurate statements regarding the details of our semi-custom APU architectures.   AMD will not comment on the Microsoft Xbox One and Sony PS4 memory architectures and will not speak for Microsoft, Sony or other AMD customers."

After sending some emails to our representatives at AMD I was told that "Kabini doesn't support hUMA" which is the APU that both the PS4 and Xbox One processors are based on.  AMD further clarified with us:

Our spokesperson made inaccurate statements about our semi-custom APU architectures and does not speak for Microsoft, Sony or the AMD semi-custom business unit responsible for co-developing the next generation console APUs.

again, no where does that say there was a conformation by AMD that the PS4 does not contain hUMA. read it more closely:

A:

their AMD source:

"After sending some emails to our representatives at AMD"

so who is the rep, over @ AMD what's their name?

unlike these other news outlets , the interview with Hise named the AMD rep!

and once again just because the SOC's are based on Kabini does not mean outright that they are exactly like the PC desktop, they are custom tweaked.

and an xboxone developer already stated after this news broke that the xboxone has somthing "like" or  "similar" to hUMA which means its not hUMA! there is a reason it does not have it, and the PS4 does.

Again:

PlayStation 4 includes hUMA technology
