Whats the difference between console and PC that it is so clear and obvious?

If you play a console game, it's like having poor eyesight for your entire life, with difficulty moving.
It's blurry and low resolution, low texture quality, poor framerates and not much in the way of things like partical effects, scaled down lighting, low quality shadows... The list goes on.

Play on a PC and it's like seeing for the first time, you're not limited to games rendered at 720P (Or lower) then upscaled to 1080P. - 1440P/1600P monitors are getting pretty darn' cheap these days, especially the Korean ones.
I just happen to have 3x high quality panels for a 7680x1440 resolution, you wouldn't believe the difference that makes.

For a comparative difference, that's roughly a 1,000% increase in pixels hitting the retina! Trust me, it makes a difference. (As most console games are 1366x768 or lower.) :)

Im sorry but you are speaking about one particular PC setup. That does not represent even what 10% of PC gamers? Im sure you are aware of the Steam hardware stats?

The majority of PC gamers are NOT gaming like that.

As a PC gamer myself i notice that theres quite a big difference between mid-high setups over current gen consoles....and thats not with expensive hardware. But moving on to new consoles will level the playing field, there wont be much difference for atleast a few years.

Same applies to PS3 and 360 when they launched. There wasnt that big of difference between consoles and PC's in fact for a lot of PC gamers there STILL isnt.
