Actually was announced for PSVita... but we don't know if this time will be ported by Insomniac them self or any other minor studio at SONY... the game will release sometime later after the PS3's...

I don't think that it was announced official by SONY. Amazon France spilled the bean twice, 1st just for the game and now the budnle.
