Really? I'm pretty sure that list covers all of the 3DS highest selling software. 

The more relevant point to be made is that the Ninetndo's IPs are bigger then sony's and less reliant of graphical prowess or story telling, which makes them a better fit for handhelds.

Yes, Nintendo games do play better and are less reliant on aesthetics like graphics or 'story telling' to sell, but that doesn't change the fact that the 3DS success does come from a different set of standards on what software they push and how hard.

The fundamental difference is basically exclusives that can't be played elsewhere or are native to the 3DS system, something the Vita doesn't have a real abundance of.
