The momentum is dying slow. The PS sold about 105 million, and PS2 about 160 million then there's the decline. PS3 sold about 80 million but might do about 90 million lifetime. The PSP Go was a flop and now you have the Vita. As of now the PS3 sold about half of what PS2 sold. Now is the PS4 that might be Sony's last console. Sony success for the most part is off of the PS2 & 3. Those the fanboys always and can only bring up. The PS3 is selling better then the Wii after three years on the market cause it became dated when everyone was looking to new, but still holds the title of generation leader. The Wii U holds the lead for next gen that they will maintain through software. Not only is the Wii U hardware amazing, Nintendo has money to put up a fight. Price drop September 20 and Zelda bundle could be deja vu, like what happened to the 3DS. Sony is losing its steam by the years.
