Achievements, sensible friends system, messaging, integration into the console, grouping up, being able to share content with one click of a button, betas, Gaikai streaming for backwards compatibility, Media and TV integration, larger infrastructure, DVR capabilities...............
It is one fo the many things nintendo is way behind the competition in.

as far as I know achievements are irrelevant, wii u has a friend system and messaging, will be integrated to the console (although it's unrelated to online structure), what's grouping up?, you can share content on miiverse, having to re-buy games for BC is not an advantage, nintendo tvii, larger infrastructute?, DVR capabilities?
even after all of this pointless thiscussion you still weren't clear and most of what you said has nothing to do with gaming.

How do you know you need to rebuy? Assume much? What idf you never owned a ps3 but got a PS4 also?
PS: PS4 and x1 do a lot more the just gaming.

i resorted to saying an irrelevant point is irrelevant, like I said about the ones in nintendo's favour.
ps3 owners will have to rebuy to play on ps4. and being cloud based means it's dependant on a service that may go down.
so does wii u but this is a gaming discussion.
