I don't see why they'd care. Nintendo largely appeals to a different audience than PS4 is shooting for.
But Nintendo is publicly traded now, so the easiest way would be to buy them out or... convince Tencent or some other gargantuan Chinese mobile company to take them over to put all their games on Android. Done.
