What does Sony/soft need to do to finally take Nintendo out this Gen?

Only way its happening is if Nintendo start making massive losses and there share price tumbles, then one of them may buy them out, but thats such a big IF i certainly wouldn't put money on it.

I doubt they would go 3rd party without being bought.
