How do you feel about the fast food strike in the USA?

Lastly, their food prices are not greatly different from others. A "meal" is maybe $2 more overall... but better quality and taste.

Its crap like McDonalds that creates fake food, sells it for $1 each and pays their employees min wage with no benefits all to maximize profits that are the issue.

Granted, its not like people couldn't find work somewhere else and In-N-Out workers are definitely a different level of professionalism and quality from that of the average person at McD's. (or other low-end FF)

Well, yeah, you pay better, you get better, and not just in terms of getting better-quality people off the bat. If you feel your company's doing right by you, you're less likely to just phone it in or "work to rule." Granted, there are many ways to do right by employees that don't involve wages.
