He invented the god game genre in the 80s with Populous (which became a commercial success) and in the 90s his own company Bullfrog Productions created 3 brilliant games: Syndicate, Dungeon Keeper, Magic Carpet (some would also put Theme Park to that list, but I think that one is overrrated). Quite a few people shed some manly tears of joy when the timeless Bullfrog classics Syndicate and Dungeon Keeper were finally re-released on gog last year. Magic Carpet (a very unique game imo) is not as famous as those two, but an excellent game as well. Molyneux sold Bullfrog to EA in 1995.

So he made better games before he played his top 5 favorite games. Interesting.
