So I was on neogaf recently and saw some new I2S info and I just gets better and better :D

Is open world -Greg Miller has a comment on it :D
has some of the best particle effects i've ever seen
has "red faction guerilla like physics effects"
Uses "film like camera effects"
All I need to know is about the ai, and infamous 2 like community mission builder.
