Although waiting sucks really badly, at least if this is really integral to the system and works flawlessly its good to know Microsoft want it to work for you out of the box. At least you will know Microsoft aren't gonna patch the hell out of your console for the first year.
it does suck. But hey it will work as intended day 1 for all countries. That's a good thing.
