Concurrent users mean people playing the game at the same point in time. It's not the same as amount of subscribers

Since subsribers are paying monthly, I would think they are concurrent, why would you be paying and not playing?

 

Concurrent is the amount of players playing the game as we speak right now. Like there were 1 million people playing WoW at the same in China just after the recent expansion came out.

So honestly it doesn't mean much lol

Guild Wars II doesn't have a subsciption fee and so they can't really give us that number.
