Jesus so many drama queens in here. There are lots of parents concerned about the 3d effect on their 6 year olds and im sure they will prefer this to 3ds. You can't just buy a 3ds and tell your kid to turn off the 3d, kids do the exact opposite of what you tell them to. Its obvious this is targeted towards those people.
