At 18 I had already spent a month travelling around Japan by myself and a couple of days travelling in France.
At 20 I have lived in Japan for 6months by myself (will be a year), travelled around Thailand for 3weeks by myself and will soon have travelled around some other countries if I get it sorted in time.
So no you aren't too young to travel around the world. Maybe too immature but definetly not too young. Legally you can travel around the world, it's possible you could be mature enough to sort out the travelling, it's possible you could have the money.
Oh and 19 is too old to let testosterone do the thinking? .... You are 19. You are still a teenager, you can let your testosterone do the thinking and people will understand! Most of my friends are around 24 and still aren't looking for serious relationships. You should be having fun with girls, you make it sound like you are thinking of marriage lol.
