well apps are like games... if MS is not the dev or the publisher they have very little power beside saying yes or no.... and for the content it's the freking copyright and distribution regulation of every country.... ie Fox sells distribution rights to Netflix only for the US then they sell rights to another company for the French market etc etc..... I can't wait for true globalization in the media market.... I don't care if it becomes a freaking oligopoly I want access to everything everywhere at any time as soon as it releases.....
well my question was if that app travels or is tied to your ISP subscription... do you log in the app on the 360 and it works no matter where I am as long as it is in USA or I can only use it at home... let say I'm in vacation in California and I live in new York can I log in the app and check out TV with a tethered wifi or something!!!
