Are you kidding? Frame rate issues always get fixed through patches, either in game or gpu driver updates. It happens in nearly every PC game, and most console games if there is a serious issue with it. With watching the videos I would have to say I would choose the Wii U version because of the lack of screen tearing. I'm not sure what was up with the PS3 video, but it looked washed out compared to the other two. I actually didn't notice any pop in issues that they talk about, must have missed it. I still think DF is biased and has been for a long time.
