Sure but would ass sweat be strong enough to leave a scent on a synthetic, rubery material? I doubt it although I won't make that experiment myself :D

Pretty impressive detective skills.  Apparently, this guy had sniffing down to an art if he could if the rider was male or female.  Maybe he could smell perfume mixed in with leathery ass smell?
