Another Twitter message from Jools:
It seems that Renegade Kid is interested in bringing their next release, Treasurenauts, to the Vita at some point in the future.
Treasurenauts is a retro-inspired 2D platformer like Mutant Mudds. However, unlike Mutant Mudds, the game will have many different playable characters and customization options for each. Jools compared the title to Metroid and Spelunky to help define its gameplay.
Treasurenauts is also playable with co-op (presumably with one other player, though the number is not confirmed). It will support local play and download play. For those unfamiliar with download play, it's a function of DS and 3DS consoles allowing multiple gamers to play together locally even if only one of them owns the game.
