You're really going after the Vita, aren't you?

I don't know what will happen in Europe but a price cut without an advertising push rarely does anything by itself. In the US, no one knows about it. In Japan, the price cut was timed near the release of several games, which came with a lot of advertising. A better barometer will be how well the Vita does when Killzone and Tearaway release--assuming they coincide with an advertising campaign.

As for "saved"--which is a silly term to use with hardware--a boost could happen at any time. These "if it doesn't improve by X event" threads are going to keep repeating over and over, with the event in question continuously moving backwards. It's already tiresome.
