at least Britney had the excuss of being totally crazy and out of control that year. not to mention drunk obviously!! plus she already had a legacy being one of the top performers in the VMAs history by that time. on the other hand miley is being plain awkward and acting too sluty. not to mention cringe worthy. that performance was supposed to put her name on the VMAs map!
