What are you talking about? The game is really good. Best final fantasy in years!
The struggling is that the servers dont have the capacity to satisfy the demand of players and they arent letting people in because it will crash the servers. They were ill-prepared for the warm reception the game is having.
Leave the blind bashing for when its apropriate.
