Good read and all, but the last lines irk me.

"You will buy an Xbox One for Titanfall, and you should."

No I won't, and no I shouldn't. Should I pay more than 600 or 700 euros to be able to play on XBox Live? Is this gamer that out of the PC loop that he doesn't realize that you can play PC games on the couch? Give some reasons for why I should shell out hundreds and hundreds of Euros, instead of saying something very opinionated like "the Xbox Live community will be the ecosystem it's best enjoyed in." Seriously, wtf? Why?

Also, it is not platform exclusive. Why do journalists keep saying that? If it's on 3 platforms it isn't platform exclusive. That's the same number of platforms CoD often was on before next-gen.

Edit: Not to mention that you could just as well play it on 360, which also has Xbox Live and thus his "argument" for why you should fork out hundreds of euros or dollars for it falls apart.

Well, it's obvious, Microsoft is trying to promote the game as an exclusive to Xbox One so for me it's not a surprise to see this kind of journalism.  The game looks good but there's a bunch of FPS to choose from which IMO would decrease the pontential sales they are expecting.
