Petition to ban graphically gimped ps4 multiplatform games

I am pc and ps3 gamer. I am planning to get ps4 next year. Sometimes I get multiplatform games in ps3 and in future I will get multiplatform games in ps4. So it is important for me. Especially if they are not above or equal of acceptable level.
