Well Tales of Xillia is an action RPG, not a turn-based game.

Looks turn based to me.

Maybe I'm not using the precise and correct term....but when a fight/battle goes off into some different screen and  you have to choose all kinds of different menu sh17, before you battle, then I call it turn based.  Maybe it has a nuanced variation from Final Fantasy 7, but the term and style is close enough for me to know that I, and most gamers don't like it.

No offense to those that do, but it is the way it is.

Art style looks good though.

But yeah.....that turn'ish style is not for me.
