The Xbox360 was out of stock because they removed the bundle version.

Case closed. Now that Amazon has them, we know what has happened. There is no new bundle or new 360 coming, just back to normal. I guess that MS didn't want to give away Marvel and Forza anymore. Much like how sony has stopped giving away Motorstorm.
