Yes u can use past history to predict a game will be great but a prediction is stating what u think, not what u know.
Like u said every Persona game has been great so the next one will probably be great as well, thats a reasonable statement. But to say every Persona is great so that means its impossible for the next one to not be great, would be incorrect.
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
