Its a genuine point to be making to consumers who are going to be buying one of the consoles. Especially when it comes to changing of policies, as this becomes an issue of consumer trust. Sony has gained consumer trust over this year and MS has lost consumer trust. This wasnt a cheap jab. It was an actual thing that happend, and Sony addressed it better. |
