Why are you taking my answer to the OP question and applying different questions to it as if that's my answer to everything? You clearly don't know what free will is so you shouldn't have responded. When somebody chooses to do something terrible it is their free will just as we can choose to help someone. That is not up to God but up to the individual. You don't have free will if when you are about to shoot someone that He comes down like Superman to ricochet the bullet off his chest and fly you to the nearest police station. We are free to make our own decisions in life, that is not to say that there won't be consequences in this life in terms of the impact on others and doing illegal things.
