Hey why not, look at coffe shops and internet cafe's.
Then look at sega dreamworks in Seattle, very fun, even has a brewery in it(if you drink)
It is an interesting concept, It would mean a place for kids to hang out(stay out of trouble)or even have it cater to kids and adults alike. Like you said bring your memory/tournaments etc.
