I can't find the tweet, but I think he said that the game wouldn't be ready for E3 and made no mention of when it would actually be ready.  I think he said "it's a while off".

Also, I think us seeing Borderlands 2 on Vita increases the chances of us seeing Bioshock Vita.  It shows that when devs do express interest in the platform, Sony actually does something to make it happen.

yeah actually you're right, maybe I only was way too hyped for this so I thought it would be on Gamescom.

Unfortunatly, i don't agree with the second point. Bioshock has been announced a +1year ago, and Ken Levine? tweeted the the developpement did not start yet and he tried to get a deal done between the two publishers. I guess the final deal was to offer Borderlands 2 instead, cause it will be less costy.
