But those 1 million+ are more than likely MOSTLY from NA and Europe seeing as those are the places they are releasing this holiday which is what makes them so amazing. And in that aspect actully make the gap seem like it will indeed be as big as maybe 3:1. Not saying ti will but I think you are looking at it wrong. It has been CONFIRMED to be releasing in 32 countires but as of right now the only ones set in stone are NA and Europe and 1 mil+ with that is A LOT.

It doesnt really matter. Even if PS4 was releasing in 50 countries simultaneously on Novemeber 13 2013. Other regions don't come anywhere close to the buying power of NA/Europe and Japan. The sales in the bigger regions will dwarf the sales everywhere else.
