Depends on Supply and Demand really... If it has a high demand but Sony is only able to produce 1 million ps4's a month... Then no since the release date is November 5th

But if there is low demand then obviously no and the only reason I say that is cause most of the games are on the ps3 and 360 already so spending $400 and $500 on a console that has same games for the most part as the current system with better graphics is a hard sell

Oh and High Demand + High Supply = Win obviously
