It's simple, since the PS4 won't play PS3 games and you didn't have one yet, YOU HAVE to buy a PS3, especially with the price cut, the HUGE catalogue (the best of this gen) and the non-stop new AAA titles still being released.
Then wait for a Wii U cut price and more games to be availble to buy one.
