Sadly,officers in urban areas have to deal with "citizens" like this on a daily basis. As far as I'm concerned the camera man should have been arrested for obstruction of justice. He could have waited until after the officer had the lady in handcuffs before he confronted the officer....and we wonder why we see videos of multiple cops beating a civilian?!? People want to act like animals, they better be prepared to be treated like them.
