OT: This can really help with the negative image of the console. Football=good, therefore item sponsoring football=good. I don't think this is going to pull football fans in mass to the console though. It only makes them like the concept of the new xbox, not necessarily feel the need to spend $499 and buy one at launch. Great first step though.

I'd imagine when they walk into walmart and see the same game for a system that costs 100 dollars less- they'd get that instead or they'd get the game for the system they already planned on buying (or already have). It's a great way to get mindshare and brand recognition though.


Yeah, every marketing move MS does with a multiplat game will only benefit the PS4... or current gen. Sigh...
